Tesla was founded (as Tesla Motors) on July 1, 2003 by Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning in San Carlos, California, Musk simply provided 6.5 million in investment to become chairman of the board, and after a lawsuit won the right to call himself a founder. While he did make some strategic design choices, to call him the inventor would be pushing things.

April 16, 2002: Rei was fighting bullies, when the team of Cyprine and Ptilol attacked using Sailor Cop, determined to force a final showdown with Sailor Moon. As the Senshi were knocked out, Pegasus swooped in, callously watching from the distance. The Moonlight Knight got to use a steel-tipped rose in battle. When all hope seemed lost, the Senshi got a break through a sudden Dead Scream attack. Sailor Moon used the Moon Tiara action attack to win.
