As the Senshi sought advice from their talking pets, Sailor Luna appeared, urging the girls to be ruthless and make sacrifices. Prince Endymion got mocked severely. When all hope seemed lost, the Senshi got a break through a precision-guided rose throw from Seiya. Sailor Moon used Artemis' sudden recollection of obscure Silver Millennium trivia to win.
