As the Senshi joined the fight one after another, Demando joined them, urging the girls to be ruthless and make sacrifices. Mamoru got distracted, unable to get a haunting tune from the past out of his mind. When all hope seemed lost, the Senshi got a break through a startling revelation regarding a previously overlooked minor plot point. Sailor Moon used a sudden powerup via the Holy Grail to win.
