It's true. Back when I had the misfortune to have to work customer service in order to keep the lights on, I learned really quickly that the people that like your rowk or are satisfied will usually not say anything, because they're happy.
The people who do speak out are the ones who are upset for some reason, or who like to complain. And they're always loud about it. I think the rule was "One upset customer will tell ten other people, but one happy customer might tell two." Something like that.
