[20:37] <Aratasujou> Most of them are actually outside the Sphere of Interest, which will require Explorator missions.
[20:39] <Aratasujou> That will limit just how quickly the Federation will be able to explore and analyze the systems. The Fleet only has a couple of ships that are equipped to act as Explorators.
