[19:51] <Nelius Raoul> Turns out, there were multiple inhabitants over there, all in their own version of cryostasis.

[19:52] <Nelius Raoul> Apparently they really future-proofed their technology, as even after around 36,000 years or so it was still functional. Griselda helped set them free, got them caught up on current events, and so many of them chose to employ under her or her twin brother, Magni.

[19:55] <Nelius Raoul> Nothing known as of yet. However, most of the inhabitants found were people converted into combat cyborgs. The term for them was apparently "Nikke".

[20:02] <Nelius Raoul> Now, as for how I factor into this --- right around Christmas, an old wide-band radio I was fixing up somehow intercepted an SOS coming from that world --- despite the world being transferred to Griselda's side of the cosmos.

[20:04] <Nelius Raoul> I get clearance to head over, and that was where I found my guest..... and her luggage.
[20:04] <Nelius Raoul> Despite being in the midst of a breakdown, she refused to let go of that coffin she had.
[20:07] <Nelius Raoul> Even when we were in the middle of doing the original preliminary repairs, she kept a hold of it.
[20:19] <Nelius Raoul> Wasn't until the preliminary repairs were done we managed to get some information straight from the source.

[20:24] <Nelius Raoul> Yes -- her coffin.
[20:32] <Nelius Raoul> My guest, Abe (pronounced Ave, like Save or Grave) says her magnum opus is inside of it. Thing was converted into a life support container as well.

[20:36] <Nelius Raoul> Abe used to be a researcher on that world. Her world was being invaded by these mechanical things they dubbed "Raptures", and she was working on a new model of Nikke to aid in the fighting.
[20:38] <Nelius Raoul> ..unfortunately, one of her creations turned out to be a traitor, and sold her out to them.
[20:38] <Davina O`Cain> Dirty traitors. I hope they were properly dealt with.
[20:44] <Nelius Raoul> From what I understand, said traitor was dealt with.
[20:46] <Nelius Raoul> While Abe was able to find one of her creations, she says there's still three more to find. Hopefully tracking them down won't be too much of a "hay in needlestack" situation.

[21:09] <Nelius Raoul> Willing to bet that's the case. But considering the amount of damage the world took, first from the Raptures, and then the other monsters that appeared, it'll be an uphill deal.
[21:14] <Davina O`Cain> I see. If there are still hostile creatures about, if I think like my siblings and cousins, aerial bombardments should be used to soften things up for the ground troops.
