[20:50] * Marie Ishihara smiles at them again before taking her leave through the doorway behind the bar to the kitchen.
[20:50] * Regina Lee goes quiet, sipping her Colombian Coffee.
[20:51] <George Glass> Right, introductions. I'm so dense somtimes. (Why am I so nervous?)
[20:51] * Nelius Raoul looks up at George.
[20:51] <George Glass> Regina Lee, this is Kanri and Nelius Raoul.
[20:51] <George Glass> Nelius, Starlight, this is Regina Lee. She works for a publishing firm and is a regular here.
[20:52] * George Glass gestures between the three of them.
[20:52] * Kanri-chan looks at regina with slight shy smile "hello"
[20:52] * Regina Lee looks directly at Kanri though it's impossible to see her eyes. She smiles a small smile and responds with, "It's good to meet you both."
[20:53] * Matsumi Kaze hums to the music ^^
[20:54] * Mayu Minamoto is having a discussion with Marie behind the bar.
[20:54] * Nelius Raoul nods hello.
[20:55] * RLD_Thorn finishes up her song. There's a smattering of applause and a cat-call or two. She grins and says, "I dedicate this next one to my lovable husband, Matsuo. It's called, "Trap of Love." She starts singing a beautiful acoustic rendition of the song.
[20:55] * George Glass briefly glances through the menu, noticing a couple of changes.
[20:56] * Nelius Raoul looks back down at the menu, mulling over the choices.
[20:56] <George Glass> What're you two in the mood for? This place is known for their coffee, but I love their chocolate drinks.
[20:56] <George Glass> And, of course, there's more tea than I can count.
[20:56] * Matsuo Shin smiles and raises his glass to thorn
[20:56] * George Glass laughs, though he appears a little nervous. His body language seems a bit more masculine as well.
[20:57] * George Glass looks to his right at Kanri to see if she's looking through the menu.
[20:59] <Nelius Raoul> I admit, I never was one for coffee. What kinds of tea do they carry?
[21:00] <George Glass> I'm sure whatever you might want, they'd have.
[21:00] <George Glass> Sometimes they have these seasonal teas, like dandelion and garlic mustard teas.
[21:00] <George Glass> I try to stick with what I know, though.
[21:00] <Nelius Raoul> Hm..
[21:01] <George Glass> I'll probably get the double hot chocolate with a slice of green tea and dark chocolate cake.
[21:01] * Kanri-chan has been staring at the same spot for the last ten mintues
[21:02] <Nelius Raoul> I'll get some hot green tea.
[21:02] <Nelius Raoul> ..Kanri, you all right?
[21:02] * Regina Lee speaks up, "I'm quite fond of the Masala Chair - Black Dragon Pearls blend of black tea."
[21:03] * George Glass notices Kanri looking a little lost. He scooches over so he's sitting right next to her, his thigh against hers.
[21:03] * Kanri-chan nods slowly
[21:03] <George Glass> Hey Starlight, do you need help picking something out?
[21:03] <Kanri-chan> yupp totally. heh why wouldnt i be?
[21:04] * Nelius Raoul points to George, who is now right next to Kanri.
[21:04] * Nelius Raoul turns his head to regard Regina.
[21:04] * Regina Lee has her attention fixated on Thorn on stage.
[21:04] <Nelius Raoul> Admittedly, it's a rare occasion I drink tea, given that I'm usually going from place to place a lot.
[21:05] * Kanri-chan looks up at george a bit suprised "huh?"
[21:05] * Regina Lee turns back to look at Nelius.
[21:05] <Regina Lee> Oh? Do you not have the time to make a pot of tea?
[21:05] * George Glass smiles down at Starlight.
[21:05] <George Glass> If you need help deciding, I'll help you.
[21:06] <George Glass> It's a bit daunting at first, I know. There are so many choices.
[21:06] * Kanri-chan nods "um yea. so many choices. its hard to decide."
[21:07] <Nelius Raoul> It's mostly due to a large search for a group I got seperated from. Things are getting better, but it hasn't been easy.
[21:07] * Regina Lee leans forward, seeming interested as she has her hands wrapped around her mug of coffee.
[21:07] <Regina Lee> Are you trying to reunite with this group?
[21:08] * RLD_Thorn finishes her song and stands up to take a bow.
[21:09] * Matsuo Shin applauds!
[21:09] * Matsumi Kaze claps ^^
[21:09] <Nelius Raoul> Yeah, we got split up following some nasty business involving a deity who lost his marbles and had to be put down.
[21:10] * George Glass also applauds! "She's great, isn't she? I think it's so rad when famous musicians come down here for us nobodies."
[21:10] * RLD_Thorn smiles at the applause and sets the guitar aside. She steps off of the stage, whose lights dim for the moment, and she joins Matsuo at his table.
[21:11] <George Glass> Well which do you like more, Starlight: chocolate drinks, teas, or coffee?
[21:11] * Matsuo Shin smiles and orders thorn a drink
[21:11] * George Glass wraps his arm around Starlight's shoulders so he can get a better look at the menu she's looking at.
[21:12] * Kanri-chan blushes red and stares at the menu

[21:12] * RLD_Thorn speaks to Matsuo in a throaty whisper, "Thanks for coming, love. Who do you think is up next?"

[21:13] <George Glass> The double hot chocolate is one of my favorites, but the Thick Sinister Chocolate is to die for.
[21:13] * George Glass 's voice is a bit lower and throatier as well as he nearly whispers the choices to Kanri.
[21:14] <Kanri-chan> s..sinister? is is it evil?
[21:14] <Regina Lee> Do you need help with the search? *sips coffee*
[21:14] * George Glass laughs, the laugh vibrating through his body and into Kanri's due to the physical contact.
[21:14] * Kanri-chan goes to look up at goerge and blushes just now noticing george is that close
[21:15] <George Glass> It's so good it's deliciously evil.
[21:15] * George Glass winks at Kanri.
[21:15] * Kanri-chan pomfs red "o..oh sounds good"

[21:16] <Nelius Raoul> As it stands, they are able to contact me, but wherever they're contacting me from feels like a dead zone.

[21:17] <Nelius Raoul> For the most part, I have something of a lead on them, but it gets hazy after a while.
[21:17] * George Glass smiles and pulls away from Kanri, taking his arm from around her shoulders and he moves away a little bit.

[21:18] <George Glass> The strawberry shortcake is to die for as well, if you wanted a slice of that.
[21:18] <George Glass> I know the burgers were filling but I'm always in the mood for dessert here.
[21:19] * Kanri-chan sits there dazed (too close.. george smells good)

[21:20] * RLD_Thorn clasps Matsuo's hand with hers and leans her head on his shoulder, smiling wonderfully.

[21:21] * Matsuo Shin smiles, giving thorn's hand a bit of a squeeze
[21:22] *** The lights over the stage brighten once more and a tall woman walks onto the stage.
[21:23] <Ishi Kou> Hey folks, I'm Ishi! I know, I know, I can't hold a candlestick to Thorn over there, but I'm pretty damned good!

[21:23] * RLD_Thorn laughs, putting her palm to her face.

[22:04] * Regina Lee eyes George and snickers before quickly drinking the rest of her coffee.

[22:07] * George Glass sees Regina and Mayu chatting it up and sighs. He attacks his dark chocolate and green tea cake with a small fork.
[22:07] <Nelius Raoul> (...well, this is going to get awkward. Kanri's got a crush on George, but it seems George has an eye for another.)
[22:08] * Kanri-chan looks down and pokes the little cake with a spoon
[22:08] * George Glass offers the first bite of her cake to Kanri. "Hey Starlight, wanna try a piece?"

[22:09] * George Glass smiles and feeds her the forkful of cake.
